숙박 약관
Article 1 (Scope of Application)
- The accommodation contracts and related agreements concluded by the facility with guests shall be governed by these terms and conditions, and any matters not stipulated in these terms shall be governed by laws or generally established customs.
- If the facility agrees to special provisions that do not conflict with laws or customs, such special provisions shall take precedence over the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
Article 2 (Application for Accommodation Contract)
- Persons wishing to apply for an accommodation contract at the facility must provide the following information:
- Guest's name, address, age, gender, nationality, and occupation
- Accommodation dates and expected arrival time
- Accommodation fee (generally based on the plan rate at the time of booking)
- For those under 18 years of age staying alone, a written consent from a parent or guardian is required.
- For high school students staying alone, a guardian must accompany them.
- Other matters deemed necessary by the facility.
- If a person who has made an application for accommodation is requested by the facility to submit a guest list containing the guest's name, address, and phone number, they must submit it immediately, even after the accommodation contract has been established.
- The facility may call the contact information provided by the guest to confirm the reservation on a voluntary day before the planned accommodation date.
- If a guest requests to extend their stay beyond the accommodation date stated in paragraph 2 during their stay, the facility will treat this as a new application for an accommodation contract at the time the request is made.
Article 3 (Establishment of Accommodation Contract)
- The accommodation contract shall be established when the facility accepts the application mentioned in the preceding article. However, this does not apply if the applicant cannot prove that the facility has accepted the application, or if the facility proves that it did not accept the application.
- If the facility presents an incorrect accommodation fee on an internet site or provides an incorrect accommodation fee over the phone, and the guest applies for the accommodation contract based on that fee and the facility accepts it, the contract will be invalidated if the presented fee is significantly lower than the accommodation fees on surrounding dates, unless the facility indicated or informed that the low fee was due to "limited," "special," "campaign," etc. In such cases, the facility will promptly notify the guest of this invalidation.
Article 4 (Refusal of Conclusion of Accommodation Contract)
The facility may refuse to enter into an accommodation contract in the following cases:
- The application for accommodation does not comply with these terms and conditions.
- There are no available rooms due to full occupancy.
- The person wishing to stay is deemed likely to engage in acts contrary to laws, public order, or good morals concerning accommodation.
- The person wishing to stay has made unreasonable complaints or demands while at the facility, which may disrupt the peaceful order of the facility.
- The person wishing to stay is recognized as falling under any of the following (1) to (4):

- A corporation or organization whose business activities are controlled by an organized crime group or its members.
- A corporation with officers who are members of an organized crime group.
- An anti-social group or its members and their affiliates.
